Mint is Phil's personal assistant, and she dies not have a photo because her camera broke, as did her phone, Phil's laptop, and every other photo-taking device in their office.
Mint does all of the typing for Phil, because she has fingers, and also helps him with his research and does the occaisional portrait of him. Phil does not like to acknowledge the fact that she is his creator, and the one person who can actually draw him the right way.
